Privacy policy
I. Privacy Policy. Our
privacy policy as may be modified from time to time in our sole
discretion, is hereby incorporated as part of this Agreement.
II. User Account, Password/ Phrase and Security.
The SecurityPost service requires you to open an account. You
must complete the registration process by providing us with current,
complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable
registration form. You then will choose a password/ phrase and enter
your current email address. You are entirely responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you
are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under
your account. You agree to notify SecurityPost immediately of any
unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
SecurityPost will not be liable for any loss that you may incur
as a result of someone else using your password or account, either
with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable
for losses incurred by SecurityPost or another party due to someone
else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's
account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
III. SecurityPost is committed to Protecting your
Privacy. SecurityPost is committed to the protection of all
personal information provided to it. This statement outlines our
policy and practices for the protection of your privacy and explains
how your information is collected and used.
When you use SecurityPost we never has access to any
part of your email (body text, headers, address lines), attachments,
password/phrases or your responses to the security questionnaire.
Acceptance in full of the SecurityPost terms and conditions,
conditions of service and conditions of use / information on and
linked to the SecurityPost website, shall be deemed as given upon
use of any/ all of the SecurityPost service(s). Upon which acceptance
SecurityPost will have be given your express consent, that at time

IV. Information Collection and Use. Personal
information is any information associated with your name or personal
identity. Non-personal information is data about usage patterns,

visit without providing any personal information. To order products
or services or request information on the SecurityPost site, you

VII. Credit card information is not stored/ retained
on the SecurityPost system, it is only requested by the SecurityPost
secure payments site for payment and fraud prevention, they are
not retained or used for any other purposes.
VIII. The Non-personal information we collect
may include the pages visited on www.securitypost.net including
browser type, browser language, operating system and IP address.
Non-personal data is collected to monitor the performance and ease
of use of the SecurityPost website.
IX. Cookies. SecurityPost does not use cookies
X. IP Addresses. SecurityPost may use IP addresses
to help diagnose problems or to gather demographic information,
such as country of origin.
XI. JavaScript. SecurityPost uses JavaScript
to gather non-personal information in order to enhance functionality
of the SecurityPost information and management web pages. This information
may also be used in the SecurityPost configuration process.
XII. ActiveX. SecurityPost uses ActiveX controls
to detect SecurityPost compatible email programs on your computer
in order to install/ configure the SecurityPost system. Details
of installed software are not stored or retained by SecurityPost.
XIII. Personal/ financial information. The
SecurityPost website provides access to further information, products
and services, some of which may require you to submit financial
information, such as credit card details. All credit card information
is only requested on the SecurityPost secure payments website, which
uses secure servers to encrypt all details before transmission over
the Internet. These details are used for payment and fraud prevention
purposes only and are not retained, used or shared by SecurityPost
for any other purposes.
XIV. Disclosure of User Information. SecurityPost
will not sell, rent, lease, give or provide in any form your personal
information to third parties, apart from compliance under law. We
will not share your personal information with business partners
or any other third party company except as described below:

Agents: SecurityPost employs other companies
and people to perform tasks on our behalf and may need to share
your information with them to provide products or services to
you. Examples include processing credit card payments, providing
customer service, fulfilling orders. Unless we advise you to
the contrary, SecurityPost agents are bound by a confidentiality
agreement and do not have any right to use your information
we share with them beyond what is strictly necessary in the
assistance to SecurityPost. You hereby consent to our sharing
